In an effort to promote and ensure a free and open Internet, diversity and pluralism and the broadest possible freedom of expression and access to information and to voice our concern about the risks of the growing role of a few and concentrated corporations that intervene in Internet content (e.g. with respect to misinformation, electoral processes or rights violations), and the existence of many dangerous
