Ofcom’s report to the Secretary of State
Parliament has put in place media ownership rules for television, radio and newspapers. Section 391 of the Communications Act 2003 requires that Ofcom review the operation of these rules at regular intervals and report on its review to the Secretary of State. This is Ofcom’s fifth such report.
